Regional Sales Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to assume the role of Regional Sales Support Specialist. This position will provide support and guidance to our sales force and regional offices.

The ideal candidate will work in partnership with the Divisional VP’s, Regional Directors, regional staff and other corporate departments.

Job Duties:

Train with regional teams on Jani-King methods, standards, process and practices as it pertains to sales and marketing.

Work with Divisional Vice President (DVP) and Regional Director (RD) to understand what it takes to deliver sales results and goals.

Work with regional office team and corporate departments to learn the policies, processes and procedures of the regional office – franchise accounting, corporate accounting, payroll, human resources, administration, operations, franchise sales, telemarketing, etc.

You will be expected to ride with Account Executives (AE), and coach/mentor them on proper sales techniques.

Learn and understand how to sell franchise opportunities and deliver franchise disclosures.

Work with the DVP and RD on how to properly communicate with franchise owners and business leaders as necessary.

Keep job knowledge up to date by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks.

Skills/Qualifications:

2+ years of Sales experience

2+ years of management and/or supervision experience

Must have an understanding and experience of selling value over price

Must be able to travel approximately 40% of the time, or as needed

Professional demeanor and image, self-confident, organized and able to prioritize workflow

Able to work well under pressure and deadlines

Must be able to build positive professional relationships

Able to lead by example

No bankruptcies within the past 10 years (Franchise Disclosure Requirement)

Experience in commercial cleaning industry a plus.

Must have experience utilizing MS Office or other office software
