Role: Head Supply Chain Sales

This role is focused towards driving growth of ECBO - Supply Chain & Procurement portfolio services in North America; responsible for services selling and GTM across regions.

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring new logos/business through focused collaboration with Geo teams & BG teams

• Responsible for building New / existing Customer relations and New Business Sales with focus on Value Articulation and Right Positioning of Solutions and Services

• Responsible for Demand Creation, Demand Capture, Driving Opportunity Pipeline & Management, and managing Sales Cycles to meet Sales Targets

• Deep understanding of various RFPs and other procurement processes

• Large deal shaping in the market across the existing and new customers.

• Increasing the visibility of ECBO-SCM & Procurement solutions in the NA market for and anchoring with analyst, partner community

• Lead the sales team and ensure that they meet their targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase Pipeline/ revenue.

• Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement/win rate.

• Analyse Industry/Macro economic trends on a defined to fine tune solution/delivery strategy

• Train and coach team members on sales techniques and SCM

• Monitor and evaluate team members' performance.

• Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss targets, performance, and strategies.

• Review MSA/contracts for onerous (critical) clauses before signoff. Flag off risks to mitigate
