Property & Casualty Trainee Requirements

1+ years customer service experience preferred

Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Assertive self-starter with the ability to positively influence others

Works well under pressure

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

Willing to be coached

Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Work one weekend shift every 2 or 3 weeks

Property & Casualty Trainee Duties

Answer phones, organize and file various insurance documents

Make daily sales/marketing calls 50+

Address client needs and help resolve problems

Prep insurance applications for the agents

Schedule appointments

Market company products and services

Make outbound calls to previous/current clients to generate new leads

Maintain a strong work ethic

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
