Security Engineer

Position Overview for the Systems Engineer :

• Collaborate with IT and Business teammates in an agile development environment

• Implement technical requirements and solutions

• Perform configuration and maintenance of applications and servers with a focus on security vulnerabilities

• Maintain system documentation

• Support enterprise application performance management, monitoring and logging solutions

• Troubleshoot and support systems and applications across on-premise and cloud environments

• Proactively share information regarding risks and opportunities to build competitive advantages and create efficiencies

• Perform proof of concept for new technologies.

Required Skills for the Systems Engineer :

5+ years of Systems Engineering experience supporting Linux and Windows environments

Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux 6.x/7.x and Ubuntu 18+

Experience with network technologies (firewall, routing, LAN, WAN, DNS)

Experience with storage technologies (SAN and NAS)

Proficient in PowerShell and Bash for scripting What's in it for you?
