PSR/Medical Assistant

Job Description

Maintains the front desk including registering and scheduling patients referred for treatment related to personal injury and auto related accidents and provides occasional assistance in the back office as needed.

Primary duties will include: check-in, check-out, answering phones, scheduling, and corresponding with other providers, attorneys, and patients.

Some medical office experience is required.

Prior personal injury experience preferred.

Medical assisting experience and certification is preferred but not required.

EHR/EMR experience is required, EClinicalWorks preferred.
