Our innovative plastic injection molding manufacturing client is poised for growth in the Medical Device and Aerospace industries. We are looking for a New Business Development Manager that will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and landing significant new business customers who require precision, high-quality injection molding services.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior management, R&D, and Engineering to identify and prioritize market segments to attack
Identify new customer opportunities through personal networking and trade shows
Leverage company differentiators (i.e. rapid prototyping, collaborating in integrated molding and assembly capabilities) to develop strong customer relations
Develop and maintain market and competitor database
Vet all opportunities and develop sales funnel for prioritizing leads
Qualifications:
10+ years of selling injection molding services
Previous industry experience in aerospace and medical is preferred
Strong value selling ability
Independent and self-starter
A college education is preferred

Pay: 120-140k + Bonus/Commission
