Inside Sales Specialist

Position: Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Vaughan, ON

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Yearly

Industry: Manufacturing / Project Coordinator / Inside Sales

Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive experience

Enter all orders in a timely manner and communicate the information to the respective personnel

Support ongoing sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations, etc.

Assisting customers and sales representatives with product information and other inquiries

Producing sales reports as required

Occasional travel may be required to assist with trade shows

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of sales experience preferably in a manufacturing environment

University or College Degree, with a focus on sales/marketing, an asset

Experience in the lighting or architectural industry is considered an asset

Proficient in Microsoft applications - Outlook, Excel, and Word

Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating and delivering presentations

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
