Position Overview:
The Senior Process Analyst/Lean Six Sigma Belt is a highly skilled professional who plays a crucial role in driving process improvement and quality management within the Credit Union. Individual is a certified professional responsible for leading and executing process improvement projects within the Credit Union. They use the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate defects, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
30% - Act as leader/driver for Process focused projects, i.e. process optimization, new process definition, statistical analysis, metrics development and measurement, process mapping, etc.
20% - Apply the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) framework and Lean tools to solve complex problems and optimize processes.
20% - Develop and maintain accurate process documentation including process maps, process measurement data, statistical analysis, reporting and metrics and other data as needed
20% - Work with LSS Project Champions to ensure projects are aligned with business goals and are solving the process problems as defined in the project charter
10% - Provide regular status reporting to the business and leadership on project results, including identified and realized costs savings.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Related field

LSS Certification (Minimum Black Belt) from reputable program
Desired Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:
LSS Master Black Belt from reputable program
