Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will act as a fractional marketing coordinator to individual sophisticated planning practices, spending majority of their time supporting their direct marketing efforts. A small portion of time will be spent supporting the overall marketing efforts of the firm. This person will work autonomously as a member of the Marketing Department in support of the advisor practices, and an extension of the overall marketing team.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

In support of the dedicated sophisticated planning practices:

Social Media:

Lead the creation and implementation of a social media marketing plan & content calendar with goal of increasing engagement and gaining followers. Identify gaps as needed.

Manage the social media presence and engagement of advisor practices, including copy writing, designing images, responding to comments/messages, managing pages, etc.

As needed, assist in the launch of social media to enhance brand awareness for teams.

Monitor social media and website tracking/reporting to recommend changes or enhancements based on trends and overall reporting analytics.

Brand Awareness:

Design various marketing collateral pieces while ensuring consistency to brand standards. This would include video, one-pagers, white papers, PowerPoints, fillable PDFs, etc.

Copywrite nominations and drive PR engagement within target market

Client Experience:

Assist in event planning, logistics and onsite execution. This includes event timeline management, promotion of sponsorships to drive attendance, venue sourcing and RSVP Tracking.

Execute client gifting strategies along with budget and gift log.

Assist in the execution of the annual integrated marketing plan.

Assist in the maintenance of client data records and marketing activity tracking in our CRM software.

In support of the Network Office Marketing efforts, scale the fractional support offering to span beyond two teams, driving awareness and adoption of share service.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design

2-4 years of experience

Previous design experience and/or interest in learning design

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hard-working and team-oriented

Ability to take direction, problem solve and multi-task

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram

Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Word & Excel experience a plus
