Product Designer

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Product Designer - Hybrid position (75% of the time in office) in Toronto, ON, Canada.

The Role

Collaborate closely with a diverse group of customers to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences (NFT, DEX, CEX, Gaming, Funds, Accountants)

Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of new features from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences and intuitive functionality

Work closely with frontend developers and the broader engineering team

Design and iterate on key components of the financial operations platform, including dashboards, transaction interfaces, payment applications, and reports

Continuously gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and integrate insights to refine designs

Requirements

Hard Requirements

5+ years experience in Product Design

Proven track record of designing B2B products

A portfolio/website showing shipped products (student or hobby projects won't be considered)

Outcomes & business oriented mindset

Strong communication skills

Technical understanding of how things are built on the front-end

Bonus Skills

Experience in finance and crypto industries

Experience with building and maintaining design systems
