Manage, analyze, and report on domestic outbound Parcel and Postal Induction activities for the Pharmacy and Manufacturing divisions.

Utilize carrier performance reports to identify service trends.

Utilize daily BI Dashboards to monitor carrier mix and exceptions that may affect customer experience.

Utilize and maintain weekly parcel spend reports to drive costs down and track project effectiveness.

Support and implement strategic projects within Pharmacy and Manufacturing divisions, including but not limited to network design, ad-hoc projects, and carrier optimization.

Manage, analyze and report on domestic LTL and Truckload for Pharmacy, Manufacturing, In-Clinic and SmartPak Divisions including:

Carrier Performance Scorecard Reports

KPI Reporting

Network Design Projects

Carrier Optimization

Adhoc Projects

Identify trends; recommend changes where necessary.

Facilitate freight pay audit resolution, GL Coding exception, and weekly pay fund requests for Pharmacy and Manufacturing divisions.

Supports the relationship between Covetrus and TMS Provider from a transportation perspective, including rate loading, TnT changes, and routing logic definition.

Supports external and internal clients with detailed costing analyses surrounding company-provided solutions. Supports the day-to-day analytical requests of both internal and external clients.

Maintain a centralized carrier rate agreement governance process across all modes and carriers within the network.

Develop, maintain, and update carrier route guides as needed.

Partners with Operations Teams to compare and analyze individual Distribution Center performance.

Actively participate and contribute to marketing, customer care, sales, and operations meetings to align customer needs with transportation services.

Support DC fulfillment contingency planning and peak planning.

Manage relationship with transportation management system vendor(s)

Interpret the carrier and transportation scorecards and KPIs to manage the business

Troubleshoot carrier service issues and recommend resolution.

Develop an understanding of customer profiles and delivery expectations.

Support the Commercial and Corporate Teams with LTL Tactical Support including New Vet Clinic Orders; Corporate Order Transfers; High Visible Orders and other adhoc LTL shipment requests.

Completes assigned projects on time and with thorough supporting documentation.

Completes other duties as assigned.
