Job Details

Experience: 1-5 years in litigation

Requirements:

Must be admitted in New Jersey and New York

Proven track record in litigation, with a strong ability to handle complex cases

Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills

Role Overview:

Handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters

Work closely with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies

Draft and argue motions, and manage discovery processes

Participate in trials and hearings, providing support and expertise
