Job Title: Lead Copywriter

Location: Manila, Philippines

Work Shift: 3:00pm to 12:00am GMT+8

Work Setup: Onsite 3x a week

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

We at OLIVER (An In-House Marketing & Advertising Agency) are on the lookout for a Lead Copywriter. This resource will be working as an integral part of one of OLIVER’s global account (a global healthcare company).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (Role Responsibilities):

Responsibilities: Maximize internal communication effectiveness, ensure consistent messaging, develop communication plans, craft content, curate employee experiences, and act as a departmental liaison

Must be able to handle regular interactions with client’s country leadership team and provide them comms support

Translate complex information into compelling narrative and visuals particularly within a company.

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive information communication strategy.

Able to have some experience in strategizing key messages in terms of copy.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE (Required Soft & hard skills)

Proficiency in content strategy, including message development, audience identification, and brand voice.

Advanced knowledge of communication software and analytics tools.

Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, adaptable to different mediums and tones.

Strong interdepartmental collaboration and coordination skills.

Healthcare industry experience preferred

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience

healthcare or IT-BPM industry experience (preferred, but not a deal breaker).

Have to work from 3pm to 12 midnight PH time

Have to be on-site 3 times in a week - Tuesday for sure
