Job Title: Brand Activations Project Manager (Events)

Location: Manila, Philippines

Work Shift: 3:00pm to 12:00am GMT+8

Work Setup: Onsite 3x a week

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

We at OLIVER (An In-House Marketing & Advertising Agency) are on the lookout for a Project Manager / Brand Activations Project Manager. This resource will be working as an integral part of one of OLIVER’s global account (a global healthcare company).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (Role Responsibilities):

Overseeing event planning, management, and successful delivery, including conferences, virtual and live events, awards ceremony, road shows, promotions, exhibitions for the client

Research for available venues and recommends event sites; investigates, selects, negotiates and coordinates services with vendors, including F&B catering needs

Proven ability to think strategically, creatively and manage projects from initiation to completion, including agency management, planning, budgeting, timeline management, supplier coordination, resource allocation, and digital integration.

Playing a key role in preparing high-quality proposals and presentations that showcase innovative ideas with excellent oral and written communication skills to present to leadership team with a cohesive, influential story to each event

Championing the development and implementation of new approaches/technologies for successful events.

Overseeing event setup and production, ensuring efficient supplier and contractor management.

Prepares budgets and forecasts and compiles summaries of total event costs, cost-per-contact, audience profiles and attendees' comments.

Compiling comprehensive post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE (Required Soft & hard skills)

Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in event management.

Proven track record of successfully delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

Healthcare industry experience preferred

Extensive experience working on diverse projects, including exhibitions, seminars, product launches, promotions, live events, and conferences, showcasing versatility and adaptability.

Excellent communication skills, particularly in stakeholder interactions.
