Responsibilities

Engage with client stakeholders across all business areas regularly, delivering a continuous flow of business building and improvement ideas, while securing relationship and performance feedback

Navigate challenges with brands, marketing, IT, agencies, and vendors daily while ensuring no impact on expected timelines and output

Support client teams and act as business owners for assigned accounts, leading the day-to-day activities of these accounts

Work with the delivery teams to enhance backlog, optimizing the resource mix and navigating scope changes to ensure client expectations are met

Client Engagement:

Work across multiple client teams including brand, patient support, marketing operations, publishing, engagement planning, fulfillment teams, print ops, media, market research, IT, website, medical team, and worldwide conference teams

Consult with data governance on issues regarding consent, program compliance, and legality of new procedures

Direct and engage with vendors on behalf of the client. Provide instructions to call center, print shop, and media vendors

Provide analytics, insights, and trends via dashboards and ad hoc research

Develop standards for providing fulfillment to outside vendors handling services such as point of care, display/banner/newsletter, market research, and medical franchise/conference targets Requirements

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines

Expected to be able to understand the overall business objectives and required deliverables of a consultancy assignment and carry out assigned analysis and consultancy documentation work with some guidance and supervision

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders. This requires collecting and driving business requirements through program diagrams, workbooks, etc

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Bonus skills:

Demonstrated experience in leveraging data, analytics, and customer insights to drive personalization at scale in the US Market. Experience in campaign management tools including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe, Oracle

Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Workfront Benefits
