Summary
The Data Quality Specialist's primary purpose is the ongoing development and expansion of the EnterpriseKC (EKC) Datasphere. The role involves identifying, gathering, organizing, maintaining, and cleaning various datasets to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and usability for key reports, decisions, and modeling. The Data Curator will require knowledge of all EnterpriseKC platforms/applications and will be expected to support their development using the EKC Datasphere. In addition, the Data Quality Specialist will work with the Datasphere Team to identify and pursue opportunities that will make the EnterpriseKC Datasphere the best data platform in the region and ultimately the nation.

OWNERSHIP
The quality and the completeness of the data within the EKC Datasphere
Data maintenance and expansion ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Research regional enterprise, business and other entities to ensure accuracy and completeness of each record within the Datasphere.
Identify and evaluate various data sources for prospective use by the Datasphere.
Develop and maintain stringent data privacy policies, ensuring that all Datasphere data is protected, secured, and anonymized.
Maintain data integrity by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective measures as needed.
Support administrative and technical needs for Datasphere.
Meet all Datasphere performance metrics.
Work with EKC Datasphere team to identify key areas for growth. GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Curate and enter data into the Datasphere with precision and accuracy.
Ensure the Datasphere is consistently updated with the most current and relevant data available.
Cleanse and standardize existing data to improve consistency and reliability.
Develop and implement data entry processes, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Review and further enhance the EKC Tagging Playbook to enhance CRM functionality in pursuit of key relationships and insights.
Monitor Datasphere performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and ensure the Datasphere meets organizational needs.
Comply with all company policies and proactively protect confidentiality of Client and company information.
Develop weekly Progress, Problems, Plans (P3) report.
