Job Summary

TestPros is seeking to fill a System Administrator Intern to work for us on call during the business day. The role would be to administer Office 365 accounts, provide on-call technical support (reset passwords, help with email issues, network support, etc.), configure (and lock down) staff laptops, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will be responsible for the management, administration, and governance of the Office365 tenant, including Exchange Online, Teams Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Security and Compliance Center, BOX, and more. You may also be required to set-up and lock-down company laptops.

Here is a typical IT Support request:

1. New Email Address and Cloud PC license for .

2. Admin password for laptop.

3. Configure/Setup BOX folder access.

4. Other administration duties.

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.A. or B.S. in computer science, information technology, human computer interaction, or related field preferred - however, we may also consider a college student intern.

3+ years Office 365 experience with 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Exchange

Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations, priorities, and projects

Proven experience driving business impact based on understanding of customer needs with a focus on change management and understanding customer impact

Familiarity with Azure, AD, and Office365 authentications preferred

Familiarity with DNS/DHCP and Domain Management preferred

Proven design, configuration, integration, testing, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Office365, Exchange, Azure, Office suite, and Outlook applications
