Project Manager

Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices

Help the Scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework

Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments

Create and implement processes for project management (e.g., Agile best practices). Develops production schedule and manages to that schedule. Prepares strategic plans for projects

Implemented new clients to the system through extensive demonstrations, virtual training, and technical support

Develop an all-inclusive program for managing IT projects from design to implementation.

Effectively communicate project responsibilities to owners, sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders clearly and concisely, including but not limited to the development of status reports and executive-level dashboards

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

Create and document project plans, with associated critical path analysis, work breakdown structures, and timelines.

Manage project roles, identify resource requirements, arrange training needs, define project deliverables, and provide customer satisfaction and reporting structures to ensure the quality of projects.

Identify the technical approach to be used on the project and document the opportunities to integrate systems and resources to fulfill requirements.

Assign, schedule, review, and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.

Maintain open lines of communication with staff, stakeholders, and management.

Manages and directs the activities of project support staff and sub-contractors for project goals and tasks

Analyzes cross-technology/cross-platform issues. Evaluate technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions

Represent client and interact and communicate with all project stakeholders and end-users

Support client implementations of products and/or services

Requirements

Experience in the design and management of Healthcare Projects

Good to have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant software development life-cycles and Healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.

Good to know areas such as EMR/EHR, Preventive Analysis and Primary Care, and HIPAA transaction and code set standards are all significant pluses.

Five or more years of experience working in a health care or clinical environment.

Experience with Care Management process implementation and support

Project Management or Performance Improvement experience of progressive responsibility in Hospital, Public or Practice Administration or an equivalent field, including substantial exposure in meeting community health needs; or, An equivalent combination of training, education, and experience in related fields and educational disciplines
