We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our Office of Transformation.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in enabling our organization to become more responsive, adaptive, resilient, and efficient using agile methodologies as a differentiator in the way we work ultimately driving a competitive advantage and achieving our goals.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in coaching, mentoring, and guiding our teams, leaders, and enterprise in embracing agile principles and framework all while driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will be responsible for orchestrating macro level planning and execution cross-team planning, facilitating enterprise ceremonies, and championing agile methodologies across the enterprise. You will work closely with teams to ensure adherence to scrum principles, help coach all roles, all while driving teams towards high quality products delivered timely.

Act as a leader in our organization guiding and coaching teams to be self-organized and leaders to lead differently.

Lead and facilitate the planning, execution and delivery of macro ceremonies or releases across teams in the transformation office.

Orchestrate and facilitate ceremonies including Product Increment Planning, Workshops, Scrum of Scrums, etc.

Coach, mentor and empower agile teams including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Stakeholders, Developers, Business Analysts, etc to continue to improve their practices and principles. Create coaching plans and use the player/coach model where applicable.

Drive transformation of our organizations Agile practices by implementing agile frameworks fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Drive a culture of outcomes, using objectives and key results as the method. Coach teams to create good OKRs. Own the enterprise OKRs. Ensure alignment of our goals.

Drive improvements and innovation initiatives to optimize our practices and increase our productivity and predictability.

Act as a change agent, influencing and challenging the status quo to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Build and maintain and “Agile Knowledge Base” where we store tools, practices, and documents.

Lead and facilitate the Agile CoP and create community of sharing.

Work with vendors to ensure they are working in iterative ways that mirror what we need to be successful. Work with procurement and leaders to write outcome-based SOWs.
