Job Details

Location: Morristown, NJ

Experience: Minimum 3 years of litigation experience

Requirements:

Admission to the New Jersey Bar required; New York Bar admission preferred

Experience in insurance litigation highly regarded

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Role Overview:

Manage and execute all phases of litigation cases from initiation to resolution

Engage directly with clients and provide strategic legal advice to minimize risk and maximize outcomes

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and handle court appearances and depositions
