What you'll do:
Identify and recruit new leaders to start Life Groups at the Firewheel campus
Recruit, develop, and equip volunteer leadership for gruops
Help adults attending the Firewheel campus find a Life Group
Lead various ministry initiatives at the Firewheel campus
Lead major Life Group projects/events at the Firewheel campus (Group Connect, Marriage Night, etc)
Actively engage in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship
Provide pastoral and leadership direction to adults at the Firewheel campus
Participate and lead in campus-wide initiatives and event(s)
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
Ability to recruit and build volunteer teams
Ability to handle confidential information
Teachable spirit, humble – pursuing feedback and coaching
Strong, Biblical knowledge of how to respond to a variety of counseling situations
BA or BS degree preferred
