Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Operator. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for inputting and updating information in our databases and software, maintaining accurate records, assisting with administrative tasks, communicating with team members, and providing excellent customer service.The job will pertain to defence sector only.

Qualifications

Typing speed and accuracy

Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software

Administrative assistance skills such as organizing and scheduling tasks, attention to detail, and time management

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor

Experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
