About the Role:

We are looking for a driven, dedicated and customer centered IT Professional to join the team as an IT Field Technician. We pride ourselves as a professional and customer driven company that provides exceptional service for all things IT related. We specialize in computer and internet issues: hardware and software repairs, office set-up, tech support, hosting, networking and online service, optimization and computer protection.

In order to be successful as a Field Technician, candidates should be able to:

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in an office/professional environment.

Provide both phone and desk-side support to customers.

Carry out hardware upgrades.

Install, test, and/or upgrade desktop software.

Install hardware.

Troubleshoot network issues.

Establish, configure, and troubleshoot user accounts. Qualified candidates should possess the following:

Diploma or Associates degree in a Computer/IT related field

A+ or MSCE Certification

2 years field experience with MCSE certification or 4 years field experience with A+ certification.

Completion of at least 250 residential/small business computer repair service calls.Role Requirements:

Must be located in the general Harrisburg, PA area

Must own a drivers license and working automobile, and be able to travel to individuals and businesses on a daily basis, up to 65% of the time.
