Project Integration management

Scope management (business objectives)

Schedule management (schedule and critical path)

Cost management

Quality management

Resource management

Communications management

Risk management

Procurement management

Excels at demonstrating the drivers of project management effectiveness, including Project cost tracking.

Aligns project priorities to the organization's strategies/objectives

And here's what you need to apply:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and work experience - degree or experience in architecture or construction management preferred

PMP designation preferred

Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility and success within project management
