Job Description

We are currently looking for experienced Per Diem Physical Therapists who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations.

Apple Valley ~ Hesperia ~ Victorville

This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

Required Skills and Experience

At least one (1) year of experience as a PT, Home Health experience preferred

Valid California PT license required

Current CPR certification required

Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation

Located in southern California

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-time, Per-Diem
