Entry Level Recruiter

An Entry Level Recruiter assists in the recruitment of suitable candidates for job vacancies and learns the recruitment profession.

Daily Responsibilities:

Creating and placing job ads to attract applicants

Receiving applications, screening candidates, and collating applicant documentation

Assisting with the interview, assessment, and selection processes

Conducting reference and background checks

Attending briefings with HR management on shortlisted candidates

Communicating with applicants

Assisting with monitoring and reporting on successful placements

Selling and marketing

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Some experience in an office-based work environment

Basic knowledge of HRIS and ATS

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Thorough attention to detail

Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Total comfort with demanding targets and metrics

Strong teamwork and collaborative skills

1+year of experience in a sales or metric driven environment (Preferred)

Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
