Who We’re Looking For

You will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering AI-driven products. You will collaborate with offshore and internal development teams, ensuring seamless asynchronous communication and prioritization. Your responsibilities will span from backlog grooming to defect monitoring, feature rollout, and maintaining clear communication channels.

You possess a strong background in product management, particularly in developing tools that improve communication and operational efficiency.

Experience with conversation intelligence products or similar technologies is highly desirable.

You have a deep interest in AI and its transformative potential.

You have a determination to overcome challenges and persist through ambiguity.

Proficiency in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.

How you will spend your time

You will be at the cutting edge of product innovation, overseeing our suite of communication products. These tools, having analyzed hundreds of millions of conversations, are designed to enhance human interactions and foster better relationships, drawing on principles of clinical psychology.

Craft and promote a visionary strategy for a portfolio of engagement products that harness AI to enhance human interactions in business environments,

Work closely with senior leadership to ensure product strategies align with Revenue.io’s mission and market needs.

Work directly with and influence with our Chief Product Officer, Chief Technical Officer, and CEO on the direction of the platform

Collaborate extensively with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and refine offerings based on direct user feedback and market analysis.

Stay informed about the latest trends in AI, conversation intelligence, and their applications in sales and customer success.

Ensure smooth asynchronous collaboration with our onshore and offshore dev teams

Refine tasks and stories collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Regularly groom the backlog to prioritize tasks

Balance support tasks, bugs, and new features to maintain an efficient workflow.

Daily monitoring of QA tickets to identify regression issues and prioritize critical defects.

Adjust priorities based on the criticality and impact of reported issues.

Review and address support tickets logged by the Support Engineering team.

Validate expected behavior or prioritize investigation tasks for the engineering team.

Develop Feature Overview Decks and record overview videos for internal and external audiences.

Review and act on specific feature flags and ensure they align with current product needs.

Provide timely responses to product-related questions in the product-questions Slack channel.

Salary Range

$140,000—$175,000 USD
