Responsibilities:

Follow up with leads to drive sales.

Develop relationships with clients to boost sales.

Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their housing needs and showcase properties that fulfill those needs.

Host open houses to publicize agency listings.

Oversee all aspects from listing to closing to deliver a smooth transaction experience.

Attract prospective clients to encourage new business.

Leverage local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer queries about potential homes, comparable properties, and the neighborhood.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is an asset.

Technologically savvy.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Self-motivated and driven.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this role; assistance available for obtaining one!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
