Desktop Appraisal Solutions is an appraisal company that operates in 5 states in the Southwestern region of the US.

Currently we are in need of a part time certified FHA appraisers in the Austin and Dallas markets. The appraiser must live in either the Austin or Dallas greater metro areas! This is fully a work from home job--no office to physically show up at. Despite the name of the company these appraisals are rarely "Desktop Appraisals" and will require the normal inspections.

The number of inspections vary from week to week. On average we have around 2-4 jobs per week in each of these markets.

The appraiser may continue to work in their existing appraisal business while also working for us as long as our reports are turned in on time.

What is unique about our company is that we have built a team around you to support and facilitate the appraisal process.

Appraiser has full control over which jobs are accepted, which comps are used, adjustments, and final value determination.

Pay is by the job. Typically, there are two pay rates--one for FHA jobs and one for conventional. Rates can vary if needed for complexity or distance. All work and interaction is remote. The company will pay for, train, and provide the Clickforms software subscription needed to process our reports.
