What You Will Do:

· As part of the SAP QA Testing team, you will partner with business users and SMEs to identify end-to-end SAP OTC functional and business process test steps, requirements, data, and obtain business approvals.

· Work closely with team members from other SAP functions as needed to assist in identifying end-to-end test steps and data.

· You will also participate in manual regression testing for enterprise SAP projects.

· Work closely with automation engineers to automate SAP tests.

· Gather requirements from the business to identify what test data is needed and translate those requirements into an overall data strategy to identify or create test data at the beginning of testing cycles.

· Create and/or provide automation run reports to the business for review and approval.

· You may also work with the support team to:

o Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, based on given business requirements.

o Identify and clearly document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

o Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to find best practice solutions and opportunities for improvement.

o Perform root cause analysis for major issues.

o Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.

o Coordinate collaboration between the business users, other support teams and the technical team to ensure seamless support to the customer.

o Provide analysis and hands-on support for system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

o Collaborate with the technical teams (e.g., ABAP, SAP Security, SAP Basis, SAP DB support, etc.) to perform various activities required to resolve the incidents, perform the root cause analysis (RCA), tune and improve the system performance, etc.

o Utilize your functional and technical (ABAP) skills to debug and independently analyze to provide optimal SAP solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in IT/related discipline and/or equivalent SAP certifications.

· 7-11 years of support, configuration, and testing experience in SAP modules that support the order-to-cash value stream with the core competencies listed below:

o Core SAP OTC Competencies Required (SAP CRM, WebUI/Portal, Middleware/IDOCs, SAP SD, and SAP Vistex):

§ Order creation, processing, and fulfillment.

· Master Data.

· Pricing and discounts.

· Availability check.

· Delivery processing.

· Billing and invoicing.

· Credit management.

§ Delivery confirmation.

§ Billing and invoicing.

§ Revenue recognition / payment collection.

§ Sales analytics.

§ Rebates, billback, and distributor finance Vistex functions.

o Core SAP OTC Competencies for Integration with Other SAP Modules Required:

§ Materials Management.

· Inventory management, Stock availability, Goods issue.

§ Financial Accounting.

· Reconciliation of accounts, Revenue recognition, Accounts receivable.

§ Logistics Execution.

· Physical logistics processes (e.g., picking, packing, shipping).

§ Controlling.

· Tracking of costs associated with OTC, Monitoring profitability and cost centers, Integration with SD for cost-related data.

· Experience of working with SAP Security process (and the use of FFID) and find, test, and implement SAP OSS request/notes for given incidents and issues resolution.

· Experience of working with various middleware technologies and solutions, within and outside of SAP.

· Experience of working with creating, modifying, scheduling, and monitoring SAP OTC related jobs and job plans in a global environment using jobs scheduling tools and applications.

· Experience with minimum 4 full SAP implementations in the OTC space, preferably at least 1 with S/4HANA.

· Experience of independently debugging ABAP codes to find solutions.

· Working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management methodologies.

· Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project goals on time.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.

· Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.

· Proven ability to learn new skills, technologies, and is passionate about conveying knowledge.

· Understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.

· Experience with pricing, IDOCs, and Integrations.
