We are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help us enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms including META, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative and engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads through social media initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.

Manage social media campaigns, including scheduling and posting content, analyzing performance, and adjusting strategies as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Preferably with Community Management expertise.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic graphic design skills and experience with Photoshop or Canva is a plus.

Familiarity with brand development and maintaining brand consistency across social media platforms.

Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotion strategies.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any additional relevant platforms.

Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.

Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools like Photoshop or Canva.

Familiarity with content creation, curation, and scheduling.

Ability to monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Analytical mindset and the ability to track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.

Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles as they relate to social media.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms.
