WHAT YOU'LL DO

DigitalBCG Accelerator System (DAS), Platinion and Technology & Digital Advantage (TDA) are Asia Pacific (AP) wide business units hosting distinct digital capabilities. The role of the staffer is to, within limitations of work available, deploy consultants based on capabilities to ensure that we bring the right skillsets to the case teams; and that we provide meaningful development opportunities for our consultants.

The digital staffer will be part of the SEA staffing team and have primary staffing responsibility for DAS, TDA and Platinion consultants staffed in South East Asia. Whilst priority will be to match case requirement with locally based consultants, this role will also need to manage cross office staffing (in as well as out of system) based on required digital capabilities. The staffer will also be an active member of the AP regional Digital staffing community to facilitate the effective utilisation of limited digital expertise.

To help teams navigate the use of digital capabilities the digital staffer will also support local initiatives that support the South East Asia agenda for digital work. These initiatives will help increase the share of Net Client Charges (NCC) that is classified as digital, on the back of improved access to, and better utilisation of, digital expertise in South East Asia.
