Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Project Controls to join our team and play a key role in large-scale construction project. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in project controls, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring throughout all phases of the project.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures to ensure efficient project execution.
+ Collaborate with project teams to establish project baselines, including scope, schedule, and budget.
+ Lead the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules, utilizing industry-standard scheduling software.
+ Monitor project performance against established baselines, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
+ Provide analysis and recommendations to project stakeholders on schedule and budget impacts of proposed changes.
+ Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for project leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and areas of concern.
+ Facilitate project risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
+ Minimum of 20 years of experience in project controls management, preferably in large-scale construction projects and a minimum of 10 years experience in GCC (KSA ideally)
+ Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and project management tools.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
+ Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
+ Relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
