Customer Service Rep. / Dispatcher Ocean Air Freight

Local Freight Company is seeking to employ a customer service rep. with experience in the transportation industry. Applicants must have some working knowledge in transporting of goods via Ocean Air freight.

Requirements:

- Must have good communication skills

- Heavy phone use

- Dispatch communications with truck drivers.

- Handle customer service needs regarding deliveries and pick ups.

- Radio communications may apply.

- Handling of Bill of Lading and other D.O.T. paperwork.

- English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

- Must be flexible with the work schedule. (There is no set time for this position)

* Pay Rate is between $14-$16 p/h (DOE)
