Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing sales reports, and maintaining client records.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business expansion.

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide product information and support.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
