Sales Support/Inside Sales Associate

Get Fresh Produce has been in business since 1982 providing fresh produce and other products to restaurants and other end users in the Chicago area. We are currently accepting applications for Sales Support Associate to work at our Bartlett, IL main location. As our Sales Support/Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for key customer accounts. Your main focus will be building relationships with the key accounts and providing day to day support by performing administrative tasks, answering customer questions, and utilizing the ERP system.

Essential Functions:

Communicate with key accounts daily via phone and text

Call key accounts to assess their daily needs

Assist key accounts with ordering, product codes, and specification sheets

Direct customer concerns to the appropriate department

Support order confirmation and changes in the ERP and customer portals

Provide key accounts with inventory availability and delivery day support

Adjust orders based on product availability

Stay updated on key accounts and their requirements

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Get Fresh’s products

Act as a subject matter expert for key accounts, including weekend and after-hours support

Prepare reports as required

Identify and pursue revenue opportunities by proposing and working on new products in collaboration with the CRO and CPO

Fulfill other role-specific duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent telephone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills

Relationship-building skills

Highly organized and high attention to detail

Experience with CRM systems (preferred)

Minimum 2+ years of related experience in produce industry and customer service

Legally able to work in the US

Candidate must pass a pre-hire drug screen

Able to speak and write fluently in English

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday with after hours support

Holidays are Mandatory

Bartlett, IL location, this is an in-person position

Compensation:

$55,000 Annual Salary
