Leading U.S. engineering consulting firm is seeking a Municipal Engineer for their Minneapolis office!
Responsibilities:
Project engineering/management duties (project oversight, priority setting, developing objectives, and project financial management)
Involvement in the design process
Provide technical guidance to site civil team members
Mentor junior staff
Assist with business development (preparing proposals, project interviews/presentations, client management)
Involvement in professional societies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Master’s degree a plus
5+ years of experience in design/management of projects
PE License in Minnesota
PE License in other Midwest states a plus
Experience with a variety of site development projects and municipal road/utility projects
MnDOT knowledge preferred
Knowledge of stormwater management design and permitting regulations
Knowledge of municipal utility design (sanitary sewer/water main)
Proficient in hydrology/hydraulic software
Experience with GIS software and/or Autodesk Civil3D preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
