Analysing advisor performance, to identify key areas of improvement.
Regular 1-to-1, 1-to-many engagement with advisor community to drive better experience.
Developing SOPs, training content for advisors
Conducting onboarding training programs for community advisors to drive Beshak process, protocols, best practices
Driving changes in product, automation, processes to improve experience
Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2C products. B2B experience only should not apply.
Passion for serving and delivering excellent user experience
Great communication skills
Presentation skills
Analytical skills
High on energy. Willing to take ownership, go the extra mile to deliver
Experience in Early stage startups will be preferred
Experience in training or coaching will be an added advantage
