Job Title:- Clinical and Application Specialist

Job Summary:- We are looking for a Clinical and Application Specialist to provide expert support and training for Arthrex solutions at the Bangalore location. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure correct use of our products to surgeons during cadaveric sessions and in operation theaters as well. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background combined with technical proficiency with experience of Orthopedic Industry and Arthroscopy knowledge would be considered a plus.

Location:- Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Education:

· Planning and Management of lab preparation including implants and instruments for cadaveric lab programs well in advance.

· Provide comprehensive support during cadaver lab sessions to healthcare professionals on Arthrex techniques and equipment.

· Conduct in-service training sessions for channel partner scrub team and other relevant staff.

· Planning and following up the display items at the Arthrex cadaveric lab well in advance.

Clinical Support:

· Assist orthopedic surgeons in arthroscopic and shoulder arthroplasty procedures, providing technical expertise and ensuring the optimal use of Arthrex solutions.

· Act as the primary point of contact to provide complete clinical support during the surgeries at the respective hospitals with well in advanced planning.

· Provide troubleshooting and technical support during surgical procedures.

· Demonstrate the features and benefits of arthroscopic products to potential surgeons during visits to the hospitals.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Science, or a related field.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics. Arthroscopy would be preferred.

· Previous experience in a clinical/Application specialist or similar role is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities:

· Excellent technical and clinical skills in orthopedics

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in using arthroscopic instruments and devices.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.

· Willingness to travel frequently to various hospitals in and around Bangalore.
