Junior Quality Assurance Engineer for Lab
Description:
EDUCATION (QUALIFICATION) REQUIREMENT
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or) Electrical Engineering
Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or) Electrical Engineering.
ISO 9001:2015 Standard Certified Internal Auditor.
ISO 17025:2017 Standard Certified Internal Auditor is preferrable.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
At least 2 to 4 years work experience QA engineer in a reputable and ISO9001 certified manufacturing organization (or) Testing Laboratory.
Work experience in the refrigeration Air conditioning or re industry is preferable and an added advantage.
CORE SKILL REQUIREMENTSDESCRIPTION
Hands on experience implementing ISO 9001 / ISO 17025-2018 in manufacturing lab (or) Induvial Testing Lab.
Understanding the ISO 9001 (or) ISO 17025-2018 and able to draft the documents ISO 9001 / ISO 17025:2018 standard requirements.
Carry out Process (Quality / FMEA) Risk Assessment of the company's operation annually and/or when required.
Understanding the Technical requirements of ISO 17025-2018 and supporting to R&D manager.
Ensuring the day-to-day Lab activities and documentation which is assigned to you. Submitting the work progress on time to time basis R&D Manager.
Preparing the documentation, test reports, Graph and Monthly MOM.
Support the company in third party external audit (ISO 17025, Customer audit)
Carry out the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) & Capability studies (Cp, Cpk), Statistical process control (SPC) initiating action plans for process improvement.
SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENT
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Possess good interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact and communicate with superiors and colleagues and can work in a teamwork environment workplace.
Excellent observation skills and attention to details.
Possess positive attitude, able to work with minimum supervision and can work under pressure.
