The SFA collaborates with business leaders to review financial statements, assists with accounts receivable functions, and examines accruals, prepaids, and cash flow.

Forecasts are prepared and discussed with business leaders, while ad hoc scenarios and modeling are completed as needed.

Capital expenditure requests are also managed and reviewed with the business.

Heres how youll make an impact on the team: Provides financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to business units.

Collaborates with business units to develop projections, including budgets, forecasts, and mid-term plans.

Completes and reviews capital expenditure forms, evaluates investment opportunities, and analyzes related metrics.

Reviews preliminary month-end profit and loss statements for accuracy and coordinates necessary adjustments with the relevant department.

Prepares and reviews specific accruals.

Oversees the annual inventory and fixed asset physical checks for relevant business units.

Acts as a financial advisor to business units, analyzing the financial impact of decisions.

Reviews cost data and recommends actions to enhance cost control.

Prepares and analyzes annual budgets, taking into account past performance and future expectations.

Participates in accounts receivable collections to meet targets.

Prepares and reviews capital spending requests to ensure effective and controlled use of capital.

Responds to financial information requests from management, laboratories, accounting, and clients.

Heres what youll need to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field At least 3 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of one year in Financial Planning & Analysis Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Proficiency with accounting software Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical abilities Solid understanding of math and mathematical concepts Effective time management skills Strong organizational skills Ability to analyze and report financial data Competence in performing trend analysis Capability to work independently Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually Ready to make your mark?
