SMS Staffing Inc is Hiring Immediately for a skilled Remote Care Technician!

Job Title: Technician I, Remote Care

Job Location: Pleasanton, CA, U.S.A. 94588

Job Type: Contract (possible extension or convert to hire)

Pay: Starts at $28.00 an hour

Shift Structure: ONSITE*, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

*100% remote but expected to return back to onsite sometime this year.

The role of the Remote Care Technician: As a Technician I in the client company’s Technical Support team, you will play a crucial role in handling calls from patients and submitting orders for replacement equipment.

Accurately logging calls and entering data using prescribed tools and processes.

Handling both incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring proper management of patient information.

Participating in training and phone mentoring sessions provided by the company.

Additional Information:

This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from any location. However, there is an expectation of returning to the onsite location in Pleasanton, CA, at some point during the contract period.

About the Remote Care Technician:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Outstanding customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to exercise patience while working with patients/customers.

Excellent multitasking abilities.
