Job Description

Experienced Dental Front Office Lead needed for private practice in Redlands, CA (92373).

We are a private practice, and are seeking to add an Experienced Dental Front Office Lead with 1+ years of experience.

Hours: Full-Time

Monday: 9 AM- 6 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 7 AM - 4 PM

Wednesday: 8 AM- 5 PM

Friday: 7 AM- 1 PM

Compensation:

Excellent Pay: $23-$28/hour, Based on experience

The ideal candidate is has over one year of dental front office experience, and is has been responsible for presenting treatment to patients, working with dental insurances. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and goal-oriented. We are a team-oriented office that strives to provide a fun, and positive work environment.

We have a growing group of private practices, and being flexible with potentially working at the other locations, if needed, is required. The other offices are located within 15 miles of Cajon Dental in Redlands, CA.

Responsibilities:

Greetings to all patients with a warm and welcoming smile

Checking in and checking out patients

Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner

Verifying dental insurance benefits

Presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements with patients

Submitting claims electronically to insurance companies for reimbursement
