What you’ll be doing:
Provide professional and friendly service to members through Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) interactions, handling basic and complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Assist members with various account-related activities, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and inquiries about account information, share drafts, certificates, money markets, IRAs, rates, terms, and shared branching services
Monitor transactions to detect and prevent potential fraud, safeguarding members’, and the institution's assets
Proactively identify and recommend new and alternative financial services to members, tailored to their specific needs and preferences
Meet or exceed assigned service and productivity goals, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and operational efficiency
Adhere strictly to policies and procedures, maintaining compliance in all aspects of service delivery
Collaborate with other tellers as needed to support workload and ensure consistent service standards
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Credit Union's history, philosophy, organization, policies, and operational procedures
Pursue ongoing self-directed learning and certification through established educational programs, enhancing individual competency and performance
Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with coworkers and peers, and responding constructively to feedback from supervisors
Who we’re looking for:
Prior teller experience or equivalent
Prior experience in a sales or customer service environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must value a high degree of accuracy
Professional demeanor and ability to be “On Stage” for extended periods maintaining a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills with appropriate grammar
Basic PC skills (Windows)
Willing to work a flexible schedule
