Position: New Business Sales Representative

Pay: $60,000 Base salary with commission potential up to an additional $60,000.

Shift: 1st shift M-F.

Location: Knoxville, TN

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agreement Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling inspection services to industrial clients within your designated territory. While prior experience with overhead crane operation is not a requirement, familiarity with industrial equipment or related sectors is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and cultivate new leads within the industrial sector to generate sales opportunities.

Utilize CRM software, specifically HubSpot, to manage customer interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions through our inspection services.

Prepare and present quotes and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our inspection services.

Collaborate with Service Managers to address client inquiries and facilitate supplemental service requests.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our services in the marketplace.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving for excellence in sales performance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B setting.

Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales deals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using HubSpot being a plus.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed.
