No experience necessary... paid training!
About the Position:
This position is responsible for educating and instructing patients at our center in the use of portable equipment that will monitor their sleep. Primary duties consist of:
Explaining the portable sleep testing equipment to patients
Communicate with clinical and scheduling teams
Electronic medical record entry
Clean the home sleep testing equipment upon it’s return
All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
HS diploma or GED
1+ year experience in a customer service role
Good verbal and written communication
Comfortable using computer (Microsoft Office)
Organized and detail oriented
Dependability, enthusiasm and professionalism
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Confident working independently and as part of a team
