Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $16/hr.

Location: Houston, Texas 77066

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am -5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Receive heavy volume of phone calls and emails.

Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot web platform issues.

Reset passwords and help customers navigate through the web platform.

Check on order status and provide updates to customers.

Provide solutions and alternatives when items are on backorder.

Initiate customer returns, print order tickets, and process partial shipments to warehouse.

List Qualification or Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.

4 or more years of call center or experience with high-volume calls.

Strong data entry skills including 20key (40 wpm+).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience the full cycle of the product ordering process.
