As a CDL Driver, you'll play a crucial role in safely transporting passengers or goods while providing exceptional customer service.

Position Type: Direct hire and Temp-to-Perm

Schedule: Full-time

Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class A or B license with passenger endorsement (for applicable positions)

Clean driving record with no major violations

Previous experience as a CDL Driver preferred

Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug test

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to adhere to safety regulations and protocols

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely operate commercial vehicles, including buses, trucks, or vans, according to established routes and schedules.

Ensure the safe and timely transport of passengers or cargo to designated locations.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.

Provide excellent customer service to passengers or clients, including assisting with boarding, securing cargo, and answering questions.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors regarding route changes, delays, or other issues.

Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained, reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
