Responsibilities and Duties

Generating leads for our service and sales team

Must be goal-oriented, self-starting, and energetic, and must have genuine empathy for customers along with a willingness to help others.

Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers using a CRM.

Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong work ethic and drive to succeed

Self sufficient and motivated

Open to coaching and willingness to learn

Objection handling and closing skills

Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Maintain organization and follow up with customers and members of the team

Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean background

Experience:

Sales or customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)
