Territory Sales Representative - Bilingual

Job Description

As a service-minded Sales Agent with Empire Auto Parts, you’ll serve as a liaison between the company and our customers.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Identify and contact potential customers

Visit with customers to resolve inquiries and issues

Maintains an updated customer database with our own proprietary software

Assists with customer orders and accounts in person, online and over the phone

Acts as liaison on company’s behalf as required and assists with delivers on busy days

** This is an outside sales position. You will be required to travel locally to customers in a company vehicle (all locations). **

Location: Orlando

Qualifications/Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record within Company standards

Ability to build rapport with customers

Ability to operate company owned vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing setting

Self-motivated with keen negotiating skills

High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

Strong business acumen

Willing to travel locally

Possess strong technical and computer skills

Bilingual: English and Spanish

Be at least 18 years old
